Brochure Production
The Brochure Production module gives you the ability to produce ad-hoc brochures, schedules of classes and catalogs. The Brochure Production module is the perfect solution that allows you to create dynamic content for export to MS Word, Quark Express, Pagemaker or other Desktop Publishing Software, or you can use our “pre-made” reports. Once you have created your brochure, export it as a web page with one simple click of a button. Re-use previous brochures by simply re-running them with a different date window.
Instructor Management
The instructor module will help you organize and find instructors for your courses. Easily search to find an instructor who has or can teach the content of your new course. The instructor module will help centralize communications with all of your instructors. Quickly produce a single instructor schedule or integrate instructor communications via e-mail.
State Reporting/State Requirements/Special Reporting
CRS provides your organization an open interface for ad-hoc reporting.

Open Architecture and Connectivity
CRS integrates symbiotically with most of the major educational ERPs such as Datatel’s colleague, SCT’s Banner®, PeopleSoft®, and even homegrown systems. CRS will integrate seamlessly with all the major RDBMS engines, such as ORACLE®, Microsoft SQL Server®, INFORMIX®, Sybase® and DB2®.
CRS is not a replacement for your existing ERP system. It augments your ERP by pulling data out of that system and putting it in an easy to use environment where your staff can access and use the information, while maintaining the integrity and consistency of your ERP.
