Inbound calls are any calls to your toll free number. Outbound calls are any calls the service makes to you or your clients including message call backs, pager notification, and faxing. Connected calls are all calls where you are talking to someone. These include forwarded calls, call return (while listening to messages), and cardless calling card calls. Calls are billed in 6 second increments to minimize your charges.
