Interactive Support

Symplicity Networks provides interactive support during peak times. This interface requires Netscape 4.08+ or Internet Explorer 4.0+. AOL browser is also supported as it is essentially Internet Explorer. You may experience problems connecting if you are behind a firewall.

After you follow the link below a window will open asking you for your name. Once the window loads you will be prompted for permission to run a java applet. Please grant the permission by clicking "yes" when the pop up window appears from Netscape and IE.
