- Description: All of your voice and fax messages or simple notification of messages can be emailed directly to you or your cellular phone or pager. Don't worry; you can still listen to the messages via any phone. This option is included with the Web Interface option.
- Usage: Your voice messages are sent to your e-mail and you can then "click to hear your messages" right from your computer

- Description: Not just an extension. Look like an established company. Customers perceive a business with a toll-free number as being more solid, well established and successful. An automated voice system adds to that image of a substantial business.

Your toll-free voice mail system answers every call courteously, professionally & consistently using recordings you make easily over the telephone. Multiple voice mailboxes
- Description: You can have as many voice mailboxes connected to your one 800 # as you wish, so you can have a box for each key person in your company.
Each box has its own Paging, Follow-Me-Live-Call-Transfer; Follow-Me-Voicemail; Call Return & Card-less Calling Card capabilities.
You can add extra voicemail boxes in sets of 5 for an additional $ 5.00 a month.

Message notification and paging
- Description: Ensures you never miss a call. VirtualConnect will automatically inform you of a call or message, wherever you are. You can also retrieve your messages from an standard telephone. VirtualConnect automatically retries to contact you if it cannot notify you the first time. Caller id capture
- Description: Captures the telephone number of each caller and either tells you that they called or attaches it to the voice message they've left you.
